All services are tailored to individual clients and are intended for ethical and legal use only.

2. Client Responsibility

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
Use the documents and materials for their intended academic or professional purposes.
Not misrepresent authorship or submit our work as plagiarized content.

3. Revisions and Delivery

Each service includes up to two (2) free revisions within 14 days of initial delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in advance via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you through the included revision process to improve your content.

5. Intellectual Property

The final documents we deliver become your intellectual property once full payment is received. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized excerpts for marketing or educational purposes with your written consent only.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for outcomes related to application decisions, admissions results, or professional placements. Our role is to provide high-quality support; ultimate outcomes remain at the discretion of external institutions.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving unethical requests, harassment, or breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
